•All oversized items are Curbside Delivery Only. No inside delivery. This applies to large furniture items. Additional services available for inside delivery. Please email us for a quotation.
•Small items ship UPS or FedEx Ground Service.
•All international Buyers, Castro USA is not responsible for Customs or Duty fees. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any and all taxes to border and export agents.
•Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Canada MUST email for shipping rate prior to purchase.
•You must provide a valid daytime phone number to provide the delivery company.
•We ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii as well as to Canada.
•We Do Not ship to Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
•We encourage you to email us for exact shipping rates for areas outside the lower United States.
